Most products are PLA. (polylactic acid)  PLA is biodegradable but sturdy and strong.

Absolutely! I'll work with you to find the perfect look for your item.  For example, maybe you'd like to mix and match colors on a DPN protector or Yarn Cake Holder, just let me know when you order.  Such changes are free but may extend the time needed to send the item.
